Write about a random act of kindness you’ve done for someone.

One random act of kindness that I have done for someone was helping an elderly person with their grocery shopping. I was at the supermarket when I noticed an older gentleman struggling to reach an item on a high shelf. I approached him and offered my assistance. He was hesitant at first, but after realizing that I genuinely wanted to help, he accepted.

I fetched the item for him and then noticed that he appeared a bit overwhelmed with his shopping cart, which was quite full. I asked if he needed any further assistance, and he mentioned that he lived alone and it was challenging for him to carry all the bags by himself.

Without hesitation, I offered to accompany him to his car and help him load the groceries. He was grateful for the gesture and gladly accepted my help. As we walked to his car, we engaged in a pleasant conversation, and he shared stories from his life.
